Annaberg has been home to students from all over the world since its very beginning.
Providing affordable housing in an expensive city is just one of our non-profit goals.
Possibilities
Single room
Most of our rooms are single rooms with a living area of 9-22 square meters.
Shared bathrooms and showers are located on the respective corridors.
Double room
A few rooms are perfectly suitable for two people.
As with the single rooms, there is a shared kitchen and bathroom and free Wi-Fi.
Common areas
Common rooms, sun terrace, sauna, barbecue area, sports field and a vast natural landscape are available for free use.
Baltic bridge Bonn
Annaberg is more than just a student residence. Under the project name "Baltic Bridge Bonn," a whole range of opportunities for students from Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania are available. We see ourselves as the first point of contact for students, offering immediate on-site support, language courses, a variety of cultural events, environmental projects, and diverse exchange opportunities on our international campus. Studying abroad is a challenge. We're here to help!

Annaberg is far more than a residence for over 60 people – it is a place of encounter, cultural exchange and a vibrant community.
Whether it's studying together, cooking, celebrating or simply relaxing evenings in the park: friendships, memories and connections are formed here that often extend far beyond the time spent studying.
With each semester, the community changes a little. New people arrive, others move on – and leave their mark. Many former residents gladly return to Annaberg years later to relive memories and nurture old friendships.

A wonderfully welcoming community and a truly beautiful place to live. You're surrounded by nature, and the garden is incredibly lovely. The swimming pond is especially inviting for a refreshing dip in the summer. But the best thing is the people: here you meet many wonderful people from all different generations and cultures. Simply a place to feel at home, which I can wholeheartedly recommend.
