The BCB e.V. was founded in 1947 and is an association of Estonians, Latvians, Lithuanians, and Germans with over 60 members who share a clear interest in the Baltic States. The association is closely associated with the Annaberg conference center, where various meetings for the purpose of cultural exchange take place annually.
